1. Who we are

QuickTapReviews (“we”, “us”) sells digital educational material at quicktapreviews.store. Contact: support@quicktapreviews.com. [REPLACE: add your registered legal entity name, company number and registered address.]

2. What you are buying

The Starter Kit is a one-time purchase of $20 that grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the member portal and its contents: the playbook, the supplier link, the sales scripts, and a 14-day trial of the Lead Finder tool.

After the trial, continued access to the Lead Finder requires a separate subscription of $8 per month, billed until cancelled. Cancelling the subscription does not affect your access to the rest of the material.

3. Licence and restrictions

You may use the material for your own business. You may not:

• Share, resell, republish or redistribute any part of it;
• Share your account credentials or sign-in links with others;
• Scrape, bulk-download or reproduce the portal contents as a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been breached.

4. No guarantee of results

The material is educational. We do not guarantee any income, result or outcome. Any figures shown on the site are illustrative examples, not projections or promises. Your results depend on your own effort, market and decisions. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or business advice.

5. Third parties

The supplier referenced in the material is an independent third party. We do not control their pricing, stock, quality or shipping, and we are not responsible for your dealings with them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use, including Google’s policies on reviews. QuickTapReviews is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the material over time; updates are included at no extra cost. We may change these terms, and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date.

9. Liability
