Refund Policy

1. The short version

If the Starter Kit is not what you expected, email support@quicktapreviews.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the $20 in full. You do not need to give a reason.

2. How to request one

• Email us from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase.
• Include your Stripe receipt number if you have it — it makes the match instant.
• We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. What happens to your access

Refunding the Starter Kit ends your access to the member portal, including the playbook, the supplier link and the scripts. Any active Lead Finder trial ends at the same time.

4. The Lead Finder subscription

The Lead Finder is $8 per month and can be cancelled at any time from your portal. Cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, and monthly charges already taken are not usually refunded — cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be billed again.

Your 14-day trial is free. Nothing is charged for it, and it does not convert into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe.

5. Abuse

We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused — for example, repeat purchase-and-refund cycles, or where the material has been redistributed in breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.
