1. Who controls your data

QuickTapReviews is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: support@quicktapreviews.com. [REPLACE: add your legal entity and registered address, and a Data Protection Officer if you are required to appoint one.]

2. What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account, sign you in, and send your receipt and service messages.
• Purchase records — the Stripe checkout session and payment identifiers, amount, currency and timestamp, so we can prove your access and handle refunds.
• Subscription status — for the QuickTapReviews Lead Finder, where you subscribe.
• Technical data — standard server logs generated when you use the site.

We do not receive or store your card number. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To provide what you bought — performance of our contract with you.
• To keep records of sales and tax — compliance with a legal obligation.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests.
• To send marketing, only where you have opted in — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe privacy policy.
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting. Supabase privacy policy.
• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

6. How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are retained while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require (commonly six to seven years). [REPLACE with the retention period that applies to you.]

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection regulator. Email support@quicktapreviews.com and we will respond within the period the law requires.

Deleting your account also removes your access to purchased material. We may need to retain a minimal purchase record to meet accounting obligations.

8. Cookies
